2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup  honey my Honey Boutique
1 teaspoon ginger powder
2/3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup  sunflower oil
2 eggs
2 Williams pears , cut into small cubes
1 vanilla polder
Frosting:
2 tablespoon  honey my Honey Boutique
1 tablespoon bee pollen  for sprinkling

These airy honey cupcakes with pears are a favorite of children. They are easy and quick to prepare, and they are more quickly eaten. While we bake them, the whole house smells of honey, ginger and aromatic pears!

Steps of preparation
  1. Mix all dry ingredients – flour, vanilla, baking powder and ginger.
  2. In another bowl, mix the liquid ingradients by chopping in succession with a mixer – the eggs, adding the yoghurt, gradually honey and finally the oil.
  3. Add the mixed dry ingredients little by little to the liquid mixture. Mix everything well. Add cubes pears. Mix up carefully with a spoon.
  4. Put paper cups in a muffin shape. Divide the mixture into 24, filling the 2/3 of the cup
  5. Bake the cakes for about 25 minutes, until ready, in a preheated oven at 200 degrees
  6. Cool, smear with honey and sprinkle with bee pollen or chopped walnuts
